The accommodation is all on the first floor comprising an open plan living room with kitchen, living and dining areas, double and twin bedroom and family bathroom. Outside is a small balcony and a communal garden plus off road parking for one car. The walk down to Carbis Bay Beach is approximately 5 minutes although the walk back up will get you fit.
